The Ranch House Rooms

The ranch house was first built in 1894 as a “Four Square” a typical floor plan for this era.

The house was fully renovated in 2011 from a dilapidated condition to its now professionally designed rustic elegance. It includes three bedrooms with private baths, a sitting area known as the Teddy Roosevelt Room, and a dining room. The kitchen and laundry are private areas for the owners. A new large covered front porch provides shelter from the summer sun and spectacular views of snow-capped Comanche Peak. The best part of the day is enjoying cocktails while surrounded by vibrant colorful sunsets. Hues of fiery oranges and deep water turquoise skies are offset by puffy white clouds sculpted by the wind.
